Installation: 1) Make rifle safe 2) Field strip upper 3) Remove upper handguard 4) Slip threaded plate between barrel and lower handguard 5) Align holes on threaded plate to center of handguard holes 6) Fasten screws through LHR and into threaded plate. 7) Use a straw or the like to hold the tapped plate in position during assembly.
